Terms and Conditions
Payment
A deposit of 25% for all catered services must be paid within 5 days of receiving the booking form. Failure to do so will result in the booking being void. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of balance must be paid in bank transfer 10 days before the event or in cash only upon Oli’s Hogs arrival at an event, failure to do so could result in delay of service.
Cancellation
Cancellations made four weeks or less before event result in non-refund of any monies paid.
Conditions of Hire
The client agrees to have the appropriate insurances in place to cover equipment and liability when hiring any of Oli’s Hogs equipment. Therefore the client shall be liable for any damage, loss or theft to equipment provided by Oli’s Hogs or its sub-contractors.
Liability of Oli’s Hogs
Oli’s Hogs shall make all reasonable efforts to perform their obligations under contract but will not be liable for any failure or delay to perform any part of the contact resulting in factors outside of Oli’s Hogs control.
While all reasonable care is taken by Oli’s Hogs or its sub-contractors for the safety of people in the immediate vicinity of the cooking area. It is ultimately the responsibility of the client to ensure the area surrounding or the area given over for the exclusive use of Oli’s Hogs is not used for anything other than the transportation, preparation and cooking of food.
Equipment failure
While all equipment is fully maintained, in the very unlikely event of equipment failure at a booking, Oli’s Hogs will refund a proportion of the balance not including the deposit amount. This amount will depend on the level of disruption in service. This does not include factors outside of Oli’s Hogs control.
Refusal of Service
Oli’s Hogs reserve the right to refuse service to any person whom in the opinion of Oli’s Hogs or their staff is or is likely to interfere with the enjoyment of their services by any other person.
Food Allergies
Oli’s Hogs cannot guarantee that any food used has not been exposed to nuts or nut products.
