VALENCIAN PAELLA (chicken)
A traditional Spanish dish comprising of saffron seasoned paella rice with chicken, chorizo sausage and Mediterranean vegetables.
VEGETARIAN PAELLA
A Spanish dish comprising of saffron seasoned paella rice with a generous helping of Mediterranean vegetables.
The Paella’s are cooked in very large commercial paella pans specially made for the catering trade. Whilst being cooked they make a fantastic centre piece. The menu consists of Crusty bread and ali oli (garlic dip) just to whet the appetite. Followed by the paella of your choice.

This guide is based on a vegetarian paella for 50 guests, at a function held between Sunday and Friday, within 20 miles of Oli's Hogs HQ.
